As March reaches its halfway point, I find myself thinking about the struggles, victories, and resilience of female leaders. I find inspiration in the trailblazers who paved the way, demonstrating that leadership knows no gender bounds.

All too often, I find myself circling the “If Only” drain. If only I had taken more risk and jumped into buying real estate a few years ago. If only I had waited a bit longer before I moved jobs to vest into more equity. If only I hadn’t allowed others’ perspectives to drive my decisions.
