About Knomee

Knomee is building the behavioral intelligence platform for wealth management.

We help financial advisors build deeper client relationships by understanding the people behind the portfolios. Our platform combines behavioral science, AI, and thoughtful product design to help firms create more personalized advice, stronger engagement, and better client outcomes.

We're an early-stage company creating a new category. Every conversation with the market shapes our messaging. Every campaign should generate learning. Every marketing investment should help accelerate growth.

We're looking for a marketer who loves experimenting, creating, and measuring what works.

The Opportunity

As Knomee's Part-Time Growth Marketer, you'll work directly with the CEO to help execute and refine our go-to-market strategy.

You'll transform ideas into campaigns, content, and outreach that generate awareness, conversations, and qualified opportunities across RIAs, broker-dealers, banks, retirement firms, and strategic partners.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, learning quickly, and building marketing systems from the ground up.

Our Growth Philosophy

We believe marketing exists to create customer value that drives business growth.

That means:

  • Customer insight comes before marketing opinion.

  • Consistency beats occasional brilliance.

  • Learning matters more than perfection.

  • Distribution is as important as creation.

  • AI should amplify creativity, not replace it.

  • Every campaign should generate measurable learning.

Every marketing decision should answer one question:

Will this help us better understand, reach, and create value for our ideal customers?

What You'll Own

You'll help execute and improve Knomee's marketing engine across content, outbound, social, and growth operations.

Specifically, you will:

  • Execute and optimize outbound campaigns using Apollo, including audience segmentation, messaging, sequencing, and A/B testing.

  • Partner with the CEO to publish consistent, high-quality LinkedIn content and support executive thought leadership.

  • Repurpose presentations, webinars, podcasts, demos, customer conversations, and research into blogs, social content, landing pages, and marketing assets.

  • Create simple videos, graphics, and visual content using modern AI and creative tools.

  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, or similar platforms to accelerate content creation and campaign execution.

  • Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and lightweight reporting dashboards.

  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and conversion data.

  • Help maintain marketing messaging, ICP documentation, positioning, and campaign briefs to ensure consistent execution across channels.

  • Support conference preparation, customer stories, product launches, webinars, and other growth initiatives as needed.

How Success Is Measured

Success in this role is measured by outcomes, not activity.

Your success will be reflected in:

  • Consistent execution of high-quality marketing campaigns.

  • Increased engagement across outbound and organic channels.

  • Growth in qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities.

  • Faster content production through effective AI workflows.

  • Continuous improvement in messaging based on testing and customer feedback.

  • Marketing systems that become increasingly scalable and repeatable.

If we're creating content that doesn't generate conversations or learning, we haven't succeeded.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a curious, resourceful marketer who enjoys building and improving systems in an early-stage environment.

You likely bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or technology marketing.

  • Experience executing outbound campaigns using Apollo or similar sales engagement platforms.

  • Strong writing skills across email, LinkedIn, blogs, and short-form content.

  • Experience creating marketing assets using Canva or similar tools.

  • Familiarity with AI tools that accelerate content creation and marketing execution.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

  • Comfort working directly with founders in a fast-moving startup environment.

  • A bias toward experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.

Experience in wealth management, fintech, financial services, or enterprise SaaS is a plus.

The Kind of Marketer You'll Be

You are:

  • Curious and eager to learn.

  • Customer obsessed.

  • Highly organized and dependable.

  • Comfortable working independently.

  • Fast-moving without sacrificing quality.

  • Creative, analytical, and data-informed.

  • Energized by building something from the ground up.
